Delegates Cowles and J. Miller move to amend the supplemental appropriation on page 2, line 21 by striking the following language:
"And, That Chapter 8, Acts of the Legislature, Regular Session, 2010, known as the Budget Bill, be supplemented and amended by adding to Title II, section six thereof, the following:
